"Account Book" application is an application which can available accounting books with iPhone.

You can use also not only as special accounting books but as a housekeeping book.

Various functions which are not inferior to the other accounts application are carried.

if you input data,
you are able to confirm check by a list or graph.

If needed,you can create multiple data.
For example,
you are able to create "AAA company data" and "BBB company data".
you are able to create the housekeeping book of child-rearing or the account book of a town association.

it is able to set password on important accounts data.

Data input function

In "AccountBook", three kinds of screens were prepared as an input function.

kind	how to use
Deposit slip	It is the input method using cash. For example, if you draw out from deposit.
Disbursement slip	It is the input method when cash is paid. For example, if you purchased a computer.
Transfer slip	This method is other than a deposit slip or a disbursement slip. For example, When you purchase goods on the Internet, You pay the price for goods, and a commission. It is the point except "cash".

Search function

You are able to search input data.
if you select a data from search list,
you are able to edit or delete data.

Graph function

You are able to confirm input data with graph.
this app is prepared daily total graph and monthly total graph.

List of totaled

You are able to confirm input data with list of totaled.

Trial balance of balances (profit and loss)

You are able to select specified month and also you are able to select range of month.
You are able to check a total result with a list of totaled.
The total result consists of expense and a profit.

You are able to select specified month and also you are able to select range of month.
You are able to check a total result with a list of totaled.
The total result consists of property ,debt and capital.

Daily balance

About the specified moon, the contents of payment are totaled day by day, and a result is displayed.

You are able to check the sum total of the purchased sweets.

General ledger

You are able to know the items of the paid amount of money or the received amount of money.
For example,
If you look at a passbook,
you are able to check expenditure and payment.
if money is transferred to an account,
you are able to confirm transferred date.

Income statement

you are able to confirm fiscal period,quarter,expense and profit.
if you use "settlement of accounts",
you are able to confirm current term net profit(loss).

Balance sheet

you are able to confirm fiscal period,quarter,property,debt and capital.
if you use "settlement of accounts",
you are able to confirm current term net profit(loss).

consumption tax of list

if you set tax rate to account headings,
it display result of consumption with the list.

Cash book

About cash, the details of an income and expenditure can be checked.
It is one of the subsidiary book of accounting.

Account receivable ledger

For each customer, the details of the accounts receivable.

Account payable ledger

You can view accounts payable for each supplier.

Bank Book

You can view deposits and withdrawals for each bank.

Expense book

You can view the deal of "Sales and administrative costs".

Data edit function

you are able to create and edit and delete Accounting data.
Account-book data has for one year.
The transfer processing can create the data of next year.
You are able to register multiple accounts data.
it is also possible to manage multiple companies and departments of each.

You are able to create and manage various bookkeeping.

Export / Import function

You are able to export your input data to "SkyDrive" system.
This app is able to import your edit data.
It is able to set extension,delimiter,encode and enclose letter.

Account headings

It is able to register account headings as using housekeeping book or account book.
It is able to register account headings as using housekeeping book or accounting books.
For example,
Juice cost can be used registering it as drink cost.

It is also possible to select account headings from a list.
It is also possible to create a total subject.
For example,
The kind of fish can be divided and it can keep a books as an account book.

*It is not able to input data to the total of account headings.
For example,
it allow to input the lowermost of account headings.
*Tuna, squid is allow to input.
if you want to use group of account headings,
please add account headings to group of account headings.

You are able to move and sort and delete for registered account headings.
If needs,you customize these account headings please.

Tax setting

You are able to set tax rate.
For example,
consumption tax

if consumption tax is changed,
please add the period and tax rates to tax group.
For example,
If a consumption tax is 5%,
When a consumption tax becomes 8%,
please carry out additional registration of the data.

A consumption tax is re-calculated automatically.
If it corrects even if it mistakes the setting method, there is no problem.

File

A file setup used for export or import can be carried out.
The usage which suited the purpose of use is possible.

Password

It is able to set a password or reset a password for individual accounts data.
